I've seen several eye doctors previously, and I can confidently say that Dr. Pack and Dr. Nguyen are the best! The eye exam was extremely thorough, and Dr. Nguyen carefully answered all of my questions with patience and concern. I was also very impressed with the advanced technology they had for the pre-testing. Dr. Pack helped me choose new reading glasses, and there were plenty of options to choose from. Both Dr. Pack and Dr. Nguyen are friendly, welcoming, respectful, prompt, and attentive - I had a great experience and can't recommend them enough.

I had a wonderful experience during my visit to EyeCare at the Cove Optometry, where I had the pleasure of meeting both Dr. Pack and Dr. Nguyen. As other reviews have attested, both doctors were welcoming, thoughtful, a joy to speak with, and more than happy to take the time to explain each step of the exam and ensure that any questions were answered. Though I only interacted with other members of the team over the phone, all had the same high level of professionalism and friendliness. Meanwhile, the office itself was bright, well kept, and well organized. If you value excellent service with a personal touch then I'd highly recommend scheduling an appointment.
